Sales Assistant (Internship)

A fast-growing and world-conquering FinTech is looking for reinforcements to assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers.
The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Research and generate lists of potential customers
• Generate leads
• Learn and apply sales techniques
• Maintain sales records and administrate CRM
• Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
• Market analysis and customer needs assessment
• Preparation of tenders and contracts
• Organization of exhibitions
Good candidate should have
• Sales experience would be an advantage
• Passion for Sales
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Be result oriented
• Positive attitude and strong motivation
• Excellent Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to learn and grow with a company
